Show MINER DIES SUDDENLY Park City, June 22. Thomas White, an employe of the Silver King mine, died In the office of Dr. E. P Le Compte this morning White was stoplng In the mine when he slipped and fell, dislocating his left shoulder. He came out to the station where he met Con O'NIel, shift foreman, fore-man, and told him what had happened. hap-pened. He asked O'NIel to pull the arm back Into place and O'NIel made an unsuccessful effort to do this. He then sent White on top and to the doctor's office. The doctor attended to the dislocated shoulder at once and then, noticing that his patient was in a fainting condition, he gave him a small glass of liquor. White fell back dead a few seconds after Liking the liquor. fTho young man had been In and about Park City for tho past six months, although this was his first shift in the Silver King mine. He was about 32 years old. |
