A complaint was recently Issued by the county attorney charglns David Schwartz, manager of the Leader store In Murray, with a violation of tho law. The case was calle'd for trial yesterday before the Justlco and Schwartz demanded a jury. After hearing tho evidence of tho two girls who had sworn to the complaint com-plaint the Jury, which consisted of James W. Cahoon, Gcorgo Lyon. Edward Ed-ward Holiday and Soren Kankelborg, returned a verdict of not guilty. "I was extremely dlaappolncd at the outcome of tho case," said H. T. Haines, commissioner of tho bureau. "It was the first time that we have been able to get the girls to stick. Usually they repudiate what thoy tell ub for fear that they will lose "their positions. These girls struck and still wo lost."
