Elder Watkins is a 1979 graduate of Uintah High School. While at Uintah High School he was active in basketball, basket-ball, acapella choir and 1979 president of Seminary. Elder Watkins will enter the Mission Training Center Sept. 18. His testimonial will be given at the Vernal Second Ward Sept. 14 at 10:45 a.m.
