State Leaders Attend Confernece at Logman Agricultural and home eco nomics "leaders from 29 Utah counties met December 5 at the Utah State Agricultural Collese for the beginning of a 10-dlv turning school under the dir cwuon oi the state Extension Service, Director William Peter son reports. Dr. E. G. Peterson, president oi the college; Dr. George Thorn as, president of the university oi Utah; Mrs. Ella V. Reeder member of the state land use committee; Dr. O. J. Wheatley extension economist; Ward C Holbrook, president of the Farm Bureau and W. U.. Fuhriman agricultural economist of the college will be the main speakers of the convention. The leaders attending this school will aid Director Peterson and his staff in developing the rest of the program pro-gram as the school progresses Housing facilities are being provided on the campus for leaders at the school.
