The La Plata Mining company, which owns and has been operating a copper property about thirty-five miles north of Ogden .has been reorganised. The work, which has gone on - during the past year and which has been under the direction of Dr. U. V. Withe, was not satisfactory to the Eastern stockholders, who have reorganized re-organized the company - without Dr. Wlthee..
