Neslen, was held to answer an-swer to the charge In the District court. His bond Is (400, In default of which he is held In the county Jail. Complaints charging Frank Martell and J. King Jointly with Williams, were dismissed dis-missed by Judge Dlehl on the recommendation recommend-ation of Deputy Prosecutor Price. A similar sim-ilar order was made by Judge Whittaker Wednesday, but on motion of. James Smith, attorney for the defendants, the order was renewed by Judfre Diehl. Williams. Martell and King are being given a preliminary hearing before Justice of the Peace D. B. Brtnton. at Smoot'i corners, Thursday afternoon, on complaints com-plaints charging them with grand larceny, for the alleged theft of a horse belonging to James Moffat. |
