Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property pro-perty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 13th day of November, 1973 at 10:00 A. M., at the Lobby of the. City and County Building, Lincoln Avenue, Cedar Ce-dar City, Utah, In the County of Iron, by PRUDENTIAL FEDERAL FED-ERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary and Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by SIDNEY A. MIL-LER MIL-LER and ERNESTINE J. MILLER, MIL-LER, his wife, ag Trustor, recorded re-corded August 28, 1972 as Entry En-try No. 164G57 In Book 175 at Pages 393-394 of the official records of Iron County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of Prudential Federal Savings and Loan Association, by reason of certain obligations obligat-ions secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded record-ed May 8, 1973, as Entry No. 167919 in Book 183 at Page 383 of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United State at the time of sale, without warranty war-ranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property at 74 North 1850 West (Aimee Avenue), Cedar Ce-dar City, Utah, in the County of Iron, State of Utah: All of Lot 2, Block "A", COL-LEGE COL-LEGE WAY SUBDIVISION, according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder of Iron County, State of Utah. for the purpose of paying obligations ob-ligations secured by said Deed of Trust Including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, ad-vances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, Interest thereon and the unpaid principal princ-ipal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.
