Mr. Rich says that recently he contracted con-tracted with Lewis M. Cannon, owner of a ranch in Charleston. Wasatch countv, for a carload of 40.000 pounds of wheat. C. L. Hurley, lessee of tiie place on a 50 rer cent share basis to owner and lessee, would not permit Mr. Cannon lo ship his share of the wheat under the contract with Mr. Rich.
