Show AGRICULTURAL AGENT MAPPING OUT WORK Series of Meetings Throughout Weber County Are Arranged and Speakers Speak-ers Designated. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, Jan. 3. In preparation for the work of the coming season, W. P. Thomas, Thom-as, agricultural agent, and officers of the Weber County Farm bureau have arranged ar-ranged for a series of district meetings which will extend throughout the county. The first meeting was held in Warren tonight, but most of the meetings will be held next week, the schedule providing for sessions both afternoon and evening. The speakers, most of whom will be local men, are D. D. McKay, president of the Utah State Farm bureau; W. P. Thomas, countv agricultural agent; M. K. Jacobs, secretary of the Weber County Coun-ty Farm bureau; B. S. Jacobs, County Commissioner M. P. Brown, Frank Ritter and James R. Beus. Miss Edna Lad-wig, Lad-wig, home demonstrator, will also speak at some of the meetings. The schedule of meetings is as follows: Mondav, January 7 Liberty, 2 p. m.; Huntsvilie and Eden, 7:30 p. m. Tuesday January S West Warren and West Weber, 3 p. m.; Plain City, 7:30 I5'we'dnesdav, January 9 Farr West and Pleasant View, 2 p. m. ; Slaterville and Marriott. 7:30 p. m. Thursday, January 10 Hooper and Taylor, 2 p. m.; Wilson and Kanesville, 7:30 p. m. Friday. January 11 South Weber and Hnrrisville 2 p. m.; Roy and Riverdale, 7:30 p. m. Friday. January IS Clinton, 7:30 p. m., and North Ogden. 7:30 p. m. |
