Show Hatch Happenings Reva Lowder 375-4203 Overnight guests at the Jesse Wilsons were the Karl, the Richard and the Russell Wilsons, St. George. Mrs. Jesse Wilson accompanied them to the Manti LDS Temple where her son Robert was married. Mrs. Wilson and Richard and family stayed for the reception in the evening. The Kent Wilsons came from Parowan and stayed with Jesse who is ill. Mr. and Mrs. A. Hartley, Springville visited son Mark Jones and Howard Prince at the fish hatchery. Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Dalton are the proud parents of a baby boy born January 11. He has two sisters. Grandparents from here are the Grant Daltons and grandparents from Milford, Mr. and Mrs. John Bailey. Word was received by the Eric Barnhursts of a new grandson. He was born January 10 in a Provo Hospital. His parents are Daryl and Marsha Barnhurst and his daddy is attending school in Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Turek are the happy grandparents to a new granddaughter. Her parents are the Brent Tureks and she has a sister and brother nat home. Ed and Julia went to Kanab to get acquainted with the baby. Visiting the LaMar Barneys last week were the Bruce Marbles, Ariz, and their Dalton grandchildren, Las Vegas while their mother Mrs. Dennis Dalton had major surgery. Ralph Riggs, Parowan visited his folks the Orlas Riggs. Beta and Casey Dix, April and Kristy Barabas, Panguitch visited the Oliver Huntingtons and attended meeting with them. A large percent of our ward members attended stake conference in Panguitch. Speakers in sacrament meeting were high councilman Keith Dalton and Elder Black-well who just recently returned from an LDS mission to France. Mrs. Ivor Riggs left for Salt Lake City and vicinity to visit. The David Sawyers were Cedar City visitors. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Evans and grandchildren visited her father, Kendall Gifford in Springdale and in Ivins with Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Gifford. Mrs. Faye Quigley and Ardis held a stork shower at the Quigley home. The Wiley Huntingtons received word of a new granddaughter born January 17, 1977 in a Cedar City Hospital. Parents are Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Huntington of Cedar City. |
