Show Obituaries Gcttu Sluikcspcnr Getta Shakespear, 54, died Jan. 10, 1977, In a Panguitch clinic of natural causes. She was born Feb. 28, 1922, Tropic, to Richard and Francis Merrill Shakespear. Survivors: sisters, brother, Mrs. Viola Marshall, Mrs. Minerva Dutton, both Tropic; Mrs. Carlos (Thella) DeLong, Cedar City; Mrs. J. D. (Louise) McMillian, Canon City, Colo.; Harold, Juneau, Alaska. Funeral services were Friday In the Tropic Ward chapel with Bishop Franz Shakespear, officiating. DeLoy Dutton offered the family prayer and Judy Chynoweth played prelude music. Stanley Meacham offered the invocation. Speakers were Larvln Pollock, Lowell Meacham and Bishop Shakespear. Music Included selections by the Relief Society Chorus; selection by Lynn Munson and group and violin solo, Carolyn Ferrin. .. jm David Marshall gave the benediction. Burial was In the Tropic Cemetery by Neal S. Magleby and Sons Mortuary, Richfield, where Elmer Winn offered the dedicatory prayer. Pallbearers were Richard DeLong, Harvey DeLong, Martin Ramsay, Russell Dutton, Kelvin Dutton and Edwin DeLong. Honorary pallbearers were LeRoy Marshall, Carlos DeLong, Clair Ramsay, John Shakespear, Virgil Pollock, James Munson, James Dutton and Greg Pollock. |
