Mrs. Nancy Taylor and Mrs. J. D. Taylor will assist with the ontortainment. ORDER OF EASTERN STAR, Tho ladies of Queen Esther chapter, No. 4, Order of the Eastern Star, will entertain at their regular tea in tho parlors of tho Masonic temple Wod-nosday Wod-nosday afternoon from 2;30 until .5 o'clock. Buschjost last Saturday afternoon, when the couple were married at the Prosbyterian par- sonage by Rev. John Edward Carver. Members of the immediate family wore present at tho ceremony. Mrs. Buschjost was an employo of t ie Wrights' store, having worked there a number of years. Mr. Buschjost is connected with the Ogden Paint Ac Oil company, holding the position of sales manager for tho firm. The young couple will make their homo In Ogden. ENGAGEMENT ANNOUNCED. Mr. and Mrs. D. H. Creamer announce an-nounce the engagement of their daughter, Gladys, to Adelard Boucher of FItzbrough, Mass. The wedding will occur in tho near future. C. E. C. OLUB. Mrs. Paul Franko was hostess to tho mombers of tho C. E. C. club Friday Fri-day afternoon at her home, 974 Bin-ford Bin-ford avenue. Tho aftornoon vas spent in needlework and social chat. At the close of tho meeting tho guests were escorted to the dining room, where a pleasant surprise awaited them. Decorations on the table were carried out in a yellow ond' white color scheme, while a cake bearing a number of lighted candles and little silk flags formed a pretty ocnteipioco, Dainty place cards were laid for the following: Mesdames B. C. Osborne, J. D. Taylor. Robert Spenco, F. J. Van Ness, II. J. Bishofr, F. E. Heintzelman Heint-zelman and Paul Franko. SURPRISE PARTY. Mr. and Mr. Amos Hall wore surprised sur-prised last Wednesday evening by a numbor of friends, who gathered at tho now resldonco of Mr, and Mrs. Hall on the Harrlsvllle road.
