Elliott, city sanitary Inspector, for the spring clean-up and paint-up campaign opens April 19 for a six-day period. Tho clean-up drive this spring will bo the most Intensive of any yet hold in Ogden, and in order to make It a success, the co-operation of the entire en-tire public must be obtained, according accord-ing to Dr. Elliott. Arrangements are toeing made for the uso during the campaign of aov-oral aov-oral motor trucks, which will bo obtained ob-tained through permission of the county commissioners and utilized In the disposal of rubbish which is cleaned from yards, alloys and streets. Howovcr, tho operation of these trucks will not begin until the opening open-ing of the campaign and .rosidents are urgod by Dr. Eliott not to place their rubbish on the curblngs for collection col-lection until next Monday morning. In abiding by this regulation they will eliminate the cluttering of streets with unsightly refuso before tho arrival ar-rival of the trucks. Zoning of tho city into various districts dis-tricts is being accomplished by thoso in charge of tho drive in ordor that close observance of all parts of tho city may bo kept during the cloan-up drive. Much assistance In making the drive successful is expectod with the enlistment of boys scouts, school children and civic organizations.
