Show Classes begin at Btfl. Institute of Religion 5:30 to 7 p.m. (2 credit hours). Also on Wednesday is Old Testament, ReL 303, Hosea to Malachi, 7:30 to 9 p.m. (2 credit hours). Registration will be during the first few days of class meetings and the fee is $5 for students of any age or non-student young adults ages 18-26. This entitles them to take as many classes as they wish, including in-cluding the lecture series. For non-student non-student adults the fee is $10 per class, except the lecture series which is $5 per quarter or $1 per single lecture. The instructor is Paul K. Browning who has a B.S. from San Diego State University, a M.Ed, from BYU and a Ph.D. from UCLA. For more information, call 295-1811 during the day or 298-4977 298-4977 during the evenings. Classes begin for the fall quarter of the Bountiful Institute of ReUgion of Sept. 24, 1990. The day classes will be held at the Bountiful Stake Center Relief Society room (51 South Main, Bountiful). Evening Even-ing Classes will be held at Bountiful Seminary (645 South 400 East, Bountiful). Day classes are as follows: Monday, Mon-day, The Book of Mormon, Rel. 121, 1 Nephi to Words of Mormon, 3 to 5 p.m. (2 credit hours); Wednesday, Old Testament, ReL 303, Hosea to Malachi, held from 3:30 to 5 p.m. (2 credit hours); Thursday, The Pearl of Great Price, ReL 327, 6:30 to 8 a.m. (2 credit hours). Also a Lecture Series, ReL 31R, which has guest speakers on issues of current interest in the church. These will be held Oct. 8 and 18, Nov. 1, 15 and 29 and are 12 credit hour. Friday's day class is Old Testament ReL 303, Hosea to Malachi, 10:30 to noon (2 credit hours). Evening classes are as follows: Wednesday, Book of Mormon, ReL 121, 1 Nephi to Words of Mormon, |
