Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 16th day of Oc-tober,1990, Oc-tober,1990, at 10:00 ajn. at The North front steps of the Davis County Courthouse Court-house located on the Southeast comer of State and Main Street, Farmington, Utah, in the county of Davis, by Stuart T. Matheson as Successor Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed ex-ecuted by TODD WEYBURN AND VICTORIA A. WEYBURN, HUSBAND HUS-BAND AND WIFE; AS JOINT TENANTS, as Trustor, dated May 15, 1986, and recorded May 30, 1986, as Entry No. 0738637, in Book 1091, at Page 722, of the official records in Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of RICHARDS-WOO RICHARDS-WOO DBURY MORTGAGE CORP., but having been subsequently assigned to TROY & NICHOLS, INC., being the current holder of the beneficial interest, by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby. The fee title ti-tle owner is presently reported to be Todd Weybum. Notice of Default was recorded on June 12, 1990, as Entry No. 893550, in Book 1355, at Page 930, of said official records. ' Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property purportedly purported-ly located at 674 West 1520 North, Clinton, Utah 84015, which property is located in Davis County, State of Utah, and is more particularly described as follows: ALL OF LOT 14, VALLEY PARK ESTATES NO. 2, CLINTON CITY, DAVIS COUNTY, UTAH, ACCORDING ACCOR-DING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust, including fees, charges and expenses ex-penses of the Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of the Deed of trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by the Deed of Trust, with interest thereon as in the Note and by law provided Dated this 12th day of September, 1990.
