Carr receives Eagle rank An Eagle Scout Court of Honor was held for Peter Carr on Aug. 3. Peter is the son of Lowell and the stalls more visible to the public. Peter would like to thank Cozzette Anderson, Taylor Davis and LeRoy Peck for the many hours they have given to help him achieve this honor. He has been patrol leader of his scout troop, loves to camp, and is working to earn more merit badges toward Palms. He is a ninth grade student at Mill creek Junior High, where he was class president last ji, year. He also is an honor student as V well as an avid soccer player and fan. Carolyn Carr and i is a member of Troop 113 of Bountiful.
