Show Mrs. Frank Sanford of Nephi, visited relatives and friends here the past week. Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Clyde returned re-turned early this week from a business bus-iness trip to California. Mrs. Emma Alleman and son, Karl Alleman, attended the graduation grad-uation exercises of David Alleman from cadet training, the past week, at Marana, Ariz. Mr. and Mrs. Berton Johnson and baby son left recently to make their home at Burbank, Cal., where Mr. Johnson is employed with the Lockheed aircraft company. com-pany. Mr. and Mrs. Clair Johnson of Ogden, visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Johnson, and oth- er relatives in Springville Sunday. They have recently returned from California where Mr. Johnson has been studying for his Master's degree de-gree in music. - Mrs. Louise C. Snow of San Bernardino, Calif., has been visiting visit-ing relatives and friends here and in Provo the past three weeks. Mrs. Paul C. Miner has just returned from a twelve-day visit with relatives and friends at St. George, Bunkerville, Utah, and Las Vegas, Nev. , Mrs. Quin Whiting and two children chil-dren of Price, are visiting at the home of Dr. Whiting's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Whiting, at Mapleton. Dr. Whiting is now stationed sta-tioned in Massachusetts. ' I Mrs. John Hill, who has been making her home at Hagerman, Ida., is spending some time with relatives and friends Mere. Mrs. Robert Kelly (Lenore Weight) left Wednesday evening to visit her husband who is stationed sta-tioned with the Army Air Corps at the University of Pennsylvania at Pittsburgh, Pa. Mr. and Mrs. I. S. Brown spent several days of the past week with their daughter, Mrs. Spencer Nielson, Niel-son, and family in Salt Lake City. Frank Berrett was in Salt Lake City early this week to attend the two-day convention of the J. C. Penney company, held at the New-house New-house hotel. |
