Show SCOUT NOTES... Several major events are being planned for Scouts and Scouters for the coming week, according to J- F. Wingate, publicity director. On Tuesday evening, March 7, a Court of Honor will be conducted in the Second ward at which a number of advancement awards will be made. On Wednesday evening, March 8. the regular meeting of the Kol-ob Kol-ob district will be held at the Seminary Sem-inary building, and members of stake presidency, the bishopric and Scouters of all ward districts are expected to be in attendance. This meeting is under the direction of Chairman M. W. Bird, and it is important that all be present. March 10th is the date set for a regional meeting at Provo, and all Scouters of this district will oe expected to attend. For the banquet in the evening, reservations reserva-tions may be made with M W Bird early. The next Scout event is scheduled sched-uled for March 11, at the New-house New-house Hotel, where the regional Scout meeting and banquet will e held and a program for the morning and afternoon is planned. Several officials will be in attendance attend-ance at the meeting including a national Girl Scouts' official and others. |
