Show GREENRIVER CITIZEN ARRESTED IN OGDEN Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, March 2. C. L. Spears, wanted want-ed by P. IT. Riley, city marshal of Green-river, Green-river, Utah, was arrested here late last niyht by Detectives Ft. H.- Chambers and Grant Syphers. According to the information infor-mation received from the Greenriver marshal, Spears is wanted on two charges, one of fraud and the other an alleged al-leged statutory offense. It is said a girl involved has been found at Bingham and is being held for her parents. Marshal Riley is expected to reach Ogden Og-den tomorrow for Spears. Wife No. 1 Expected. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, March 2. The police were advised ad-vised today that Mrs. Leonard llerzke. 1 whose husband was taken into custody here Friday night on the charge of bigamy, big-amy, will arrive in Ogden tomorrow morninc for the purpose Of swearing to a complaint against him. Under the name of Christiansen. Herzke married Verl Drysdale ot Ogden on February 19 last. Pea Vinery Is Plan. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN. March 2. A. J. Hall, manager of the Utah Packing corporation, will meet with the farmers of the Plain City district tomorrow to discuss the matter of establishing a pea vinery at that point. |
