Show IDAHO FALLS IS TO HAVE BUILDING BOOM i Special to The Tribune. IDAHO FALLS, Idaho, March 2. Much building has been begun in Idaho Fa. Is for the s ring season. J. C. Clay, owner of "Dau Clay's garage, has purchased from the Sims company the 47 by 140 feet at A street and Cottage avenue and w 11 erect an addition to his garage. The Sims company has purchased from the Idaho Falls Development company 14 by LMO et at Park avenue and C street, upon which will be erected a three-story building for garnge and sales-room. Dr. (J. M. Smith nnd his brother, C. A. Smith, have purchased 5t by 96 feet, known as the Myers property, at A street and Shoup avenue, and will erect a two-story two-story (posslb'y three) building. The second sec-ond story will he arranged for medical and dental offices. Plans have been prepared for a 510. -Of'O res'denee for Eugene Wright, and for a $7000 residence for A. A. Brothan. These, with the SSO.OOu Presbyterian church, the 'foundation of which is completed; com-pleted; a woolen mill, assured; probably a $250,000 courihouse, and more than $200,000 for paving and cement walks, will furnish employment to a large number num-ber of men. |
