Show I Marriages STRONG -BRIGGS MARRIAGE Miss Afton Strong, daughter of Mrs. Jennie Strong, and Dale Briggs, son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Briggs, of American Fork, were married Monday in the Salt Lalce temple. The bride is well and popularly known in this city having been an active participant in social and church affairs. She was employed as cashier in the local O. P. Skaggs store, having assisted her mother who is manager in this capacity for several years. Her popularity was given recognition when she was elected queen of the American Fork Poultry Day celebration two venrs ago. Mr. Briggs is employed in a dniJ! store in Elko, Nevada, and they left early Tuesday morning fa; that city to reside.
