Albert Keethler. who Is on trial in Judge Armstrong's court, charged with murder In the first degree (or the killing of Frank Duvall, on October 2 last, told his .story on the witness stand Tuesday afternoon. Keethler save he was taken entirely by surprise when Duvall entered the room, grabbed him abou the neck with one hand and began to pound him in the fact with the other. Illustrates the Struggle.
