Show Mr. and Mrs. Richard Douglas of Salt Lake spent Sunday here with Mrs. Douglas' parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Slice. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Stice and children of Highland were also dinner guests of the Stices here on Sunday. I R. J. Stice received word Friday morning of the death of his mother, Mrs. Eliza Stice, 92, at her home in Downing, Missouri, which occured Thursday night. He visited with his mother there last summer enroute to the World's Fair. Mr. Stice was unable un-able to go to Missouri and attend the services. Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Nicholes entertained en-tertained Wednesday night having as their guests twenty six friends. Progressive games were played, prizes being won by Mrs. George Moss and Walter Devey Jr. Late in the evening eve-ning a delicious lunch was served at small tables to Messrs. and Mesdames Frank Brown, Owen Humphries, Melvin Grant, Kenneth Brown, James Chadwick, Ray Shelley, Shel-ley, George Moss, AlamPierson, Wilson Wil-son Cunningham, Walter Devey Jr., A. B. Allen, Kenneth Noyes, Clarence Grant, Mate Earl and Lillie Shatter. |
