Show I Post 65 Names Hopscotch, Marble Champs were Gloria Johnston and Dorothy Doro-thy Milne. Paul Cornell and Miss Beverly Bever-ly Swift acted as judges. Clay Mills, Post 65's athletic officer wa in charge of the tournament. Many mebers of the post were in attendance at the finals, which were held at the Fairmont Fair-mont Park Boys and Girls club. Post members who were awarded award-ed the crisp new bills were besieged be-sieged for autographs after the tournament was over. Winners of the Sugar House American Legion Post 65's mar-be mar-be and hopscotch tournament were announced earlier this week by Commander D. T.Mc-Donald. T.Mc-Donald. Champ of the marble tournament and winned of the $5.00 first prize money, was Paul Green, 12, a student at the Forest school. He won three of the final four games to cop the tite,. Second prize money of $3.00, went to Weston Walter, 12, of the Emerson school. The $2.00 third prize was awarded a student of the Garfield school. Six runner ups were also awarded award-ed $1.00 prizes. In the girl's division, hopscotch hop-scotch champ was Carol Webb, 11, of 965 Simpson Ave. Her prize was $5.00. Another 11 year old, Gaylan Parker, won the 3.00. second prize money, and the $2.00 third prize award was given to Mary Lindorff, 825 E. 21st South.
