Show Flynn, Parker On Mario Bill The accent is on fun in Warner War-ner Bros.' new romantic comedy, "Never Say Goodbye," starring EIrrol Flynn and Eleanor Parker, Park-er, now playing at the Mario. The comedy prtsents the ordinarily ordinar-ily hard-riditig, hard-shooting Flynn in a brand new type of film role which is a radical departure de-parture from those dashing characterizations that have marked his cinematic career. Lovely Eleanor Parker, hitherto seen in straight dramatic roles (as the wife in "Pride of the Marines" Ma-rines" and Mildred in "Of Human Hu-man Bondage") is also cast in her initial comedy portrayal. As Philip Gayley, artist and man-about-town, Ftynn finds himtself in a number of extraordinary extraor-dinary situations as he pursues his estranged wife, Ellen Gayley (Eleanor Parker), in an attempt to reassert his good intentions. Others involved in uproarious doings include little 8-year-old Patti Brady, talented Broadway stage youngster who appears as Flip, daughter of the divorced pair, who, unhappy over her court-decreed double life, plots to reunite her parents. |
