Show Doris P. Morrill Relief Society Presents Program The Relief Society gave the conjoint program Sunday evening eve-ning of last week. Speakers of the evening were: Evelyn Richardson, Rich-ardson, stake visitor from Vernal; Ver-nal; Ethel Goodrich, Ruby Ross, Martha Morrill and Lorna Mc-Kee. Mc-Kee. Two songs, . "Let The Mountains Shout For Joy," and "Praise Be To God," were sung by the Singing Mothers chorus. Mr. and Mrs. H. LeRoy Morrill Mor-rill have received word that their son and his wife, Lt. and Mrs. Max D. Morrill, have arrived ar-rived back in the United States after spending the past several months in Germany with the Armed Forces. Telephones are being installed install-ed in the homes at Tridell, but will not be turned on for use until around the first of April. Mr. and Mrs. David Lamor-eaux, Lamor-eaux, of Provo, visited Monday, Mon-day, Tuesday and Wednesday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Morrill and Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Morrill. They were here to attend the funeral services of David Wilson in Roosevelt. Other visitors at the Morrill homes Wednesday to attend the funeral services were Waldo Lamoreaux, Mr. and Mrs. Jessie Lamoreaux, Mrs. Alton Morrill and Mrs. Mervin Boothe, all of Provo and Orem. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Weight, of Draper; Mr. and Mrs. Don Hughes, of Salt Lake City; Eld-ren Eld-ren Wilson, of Tooele; Elmond Wilson, of Provo; and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Wilson, of Spring-ville, Spring-ville, Utah, were visitors at the home of John T. Wilson. They were here to attend the funeral services of their uncle, David Wilson, which were held in Roosevelt Wednesday. Howard Musselmany'of Provo, was an overnight visitor at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Laren Ross, Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. -Dale Anderson, who have been living in Salt Lake City the past winter, have moved back to Tridell, Mr. Anderson An-derson has employment in Roosevelt. Monday evening of last week the Primary officers and teachers teach-ers met at the home of Mrs. Blayne Morrill for a party. Games were played and refreshments refresh-ments served by the Primary presidency. Reed Morrill, of Provo', visited visit-ed Sunday of last week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. H. LeRoy Morrill and Mr. and Mrs. Davis Morrill. Sarah McKee, small daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray McKee, visited a few days of last week in Lehi with Mr. and Mrs. Win-fred Win-fred Grey. Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Morrill made a trip to Provo Thursday of last week. Mr. and Mrs. J. R. McKee visited Thursday and Friday of last week in Salt Lake City, and Lehi. Mr. and Mrs. Davis Morrill and daughters, Barbara and Mrs. Glenn Huber, visited a few days of last week in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Laren Ross and son, Steven, were visitors in Salt Lake City, Friday, Saturday Satur-day and Sunday of last week. Elmond Wilson, B.Y.U. student stu-dent at Provo, and Eldren Wilson, Wil-son, of Tooele visited over the weekend in Tridell at the home of their father, John T. Wilson. Elva Wilson visited this week in Salt Lake City and Draper with her sisters, Mrs. Don Hughes and Mrs. Jay Weight. Twelve Primary officers and teachers went to Vernal, Thursday Thurs-day evening to attend the stake a monthly Preparation meeting. |
