Me-cham Me-cham received word Tuesday that their daughter-in-law, Mrs. Melvin Mecham. of Salt Lake City, was critically ill. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Bowman , were. Salt Lake City visitors on Monday. Mrs. E. C. . Nelson has been visiting for a month in Roosevelt Roose-velt with her sons, Lloyd and Lee, and will leave March 15 for a five-month stay in Richmond, Rich-mond, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Waldo Gale and son, Dwayn, of Helper, accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. John Gale, were Roosevelt visitors Wednesday. Wednes-day. Returning to Roosevelt with them was little Kim Gale, who had spent about ten days with her grandmothers in Helper. Hel-per. Mrs. Cliff Angus spent last Sunday visiting in Salt Lake City with her husband, who is still in the Veterans', hospital. He is recovering from a heart ailment, and from all reports is improving rapidly, hoping to be home soon. Mr. and Mrs. Wesley R. Dick-erson Dick-erson and children, Bruce, Joan and Brent, visited in Provo Sunday Sun-day and Monday. They were accompanied ac-companied home by Mrs. Dwain Buchanan, who spent Monday in Springville. Mrs. Pearl Swain returned home Sunday after visiting ten days in Provo with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Wick Swain. Visiting the past two weeks at the Alva Snow home was Mrs. Snow's mother, Mrs. L. J. Olsen, of Salt Lake City. Mrs. Snow and several of the children chil-dren have been ill with the chickenpox. Mrs. George Pulos returned -Monday from Salt Lake City after visiting ten days with her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Boyer. Mrs. Phil Pack and son, Marvin, Mar-vin, returned Saturday after visiting a few days in Logan and Tremonton. Mr. and Mrs. Perce Watkins and family accompanied ac-companied them to Roosevelt, returning to their home in Tremonton Tre-monton Sunday. |
