Show INDIAN RELIEF SOCIETY MAKES QUILT Mrs. Stella LaRose, Mrs. Lilly Lil-ly Wash and Mary May Murray visited at the Indian Relief So-city So-city Wednesday. A quilt was tied for Pete Garcia, followed by a testimony meeting in the afternoon. Mrs. Joseph Hogben and daughter, Patty, left for New York, Tuesday to visit her father and other relatives. (Mr. and Mrs. Francis Crozier and Elbert Smith and family spent Thursday evening at the home of Donald Simmons, of Tridell. The occasion being Mrs. Simmons' birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Gale Rasmussen went to Salt Lake Tuesday to attend a family reunion and visit one of Gale's brothers, who just returned from Korea. Word was received here from Vernal that Grandma Moosman was back in the hospital again this week. Mr. and Mrs. Orval Hoops, Bishop Ellingford and two daughters, Ina and Doris, spent the weekend in Lehi visiting Mrs. Mable Ellingford. Pfc. Max Twitchell is home visiting this week. He has been stationed at Fort Ord, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Brough spent the weekend in Randlett visiting with their family. Alva Snow, of the High Council, Coun-cil, and Earl McKenna. a returned re-turned missionary, were speakers speak-ers at meeting Sunday. |
