Show KITCHEN SHOWER COMPLIMENTS ENGAGED COUPLE Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Linck entertained Saturday evening at a kitchen shower, complimentary complimen-tary to one of their mail truck drivers, Donald Harris, and his fiance, Miss Beulah Mayhew, of Duchesne. Games and refreshments refresh-ments were enjoyed by Mr. and Mrs. Jim Zobell, Mr. and Mrs. Rex Lamb, Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Chandler, Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Webb, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Jones, Mrs. Leonard Harris, Miss Carol Ann Jenkins and S. F. Mortensen, Jr., and the honor hon-or guests. The bride and groom-to-be were the recipients of many lovely and useful gifts. Jesse McCarrell, of Craig, Colo., was a. Myton business visitor last week, when he was attending to his property interests inter-ests here. He returned to Craig, Sunday. John L. Johnson, who has been residing at the home of his brother, Gus Johnson, at Logan, during the past two months, arrived ar-rived home Saturday. He will attend to his farm interests before be-fore returning to Logan and possibly spend the summer here. Mrs. James Dalgleish returned Friday from a short visit with relatives in Salt Lake City. Gloria Courtland, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Courtland, left Friday for Washington, D. C, accompanying her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence White, of Hanna. They will visit Mrs. Courtland's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Court-land, Court-land, Sr. while there. |
