Show GUESTS AT SHIELDS' HOME Visitors last weekend at the Ralph Shields' home were Mr. and Mrs. Piatt D. Woodland, of Logan. Mr. Woodland recently returned from serving a two years mission to' the West Central Cen-tral States. He is now teaching school. Dinner guests at the home ot Mr. and Mrs. Shields, Wednesday Wednes-day of last week were, Mr. and Mrs. Wenzel Luke, who left Tuesday to make their home in Garden Grove, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Don Neilson attended at-tended funeral services at Provo Tuesday for Mrs. Ne'ilson's mother. moth-er. Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Porter and children, Barbara, Bruce and Marion, left recently for their home in Walla Walla, Washington, Washing-ton, 'after visiting nearly two weeks with Mrs. Porter's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Rowley. Accompanying the Porters Por-ters to' Roosevelt was Phyllis Rowley, who had visited at their home in Washington for a month. Aria Dickerson. Janet Stevens, Stev-ens, and Kenneth Nickell were among students home from the BYU last weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Cecil McKinlay have moved to Salmon, Idaho, to make their home. Mr. McKinlay Mc-Kinlay has purchased a hotel business there. Mrs. Harvey Weiss and son, Max, will leave next Monday to sail on Dec. 7 to Guam to for Fresno, Calif, to make plans join Mr. Weiss, CPO-USN, who is stationed there at the Naval Air Station. Mrs. Weiss and Max have been visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Far-rell Far-rell Wilkins, for the past several sever-al months. Beaming more than usual this week is Carl Holley no other reason than he's the proud father of a new daughter, born Nov. 18, and weighing 6 lbs. 5 oz. The little Miss answers to "Caren Kristine" and arrived home with her mother Monday from the hospital. This is the Holley's first child, so congratulations congrat-ulations are really in order.
