Show Local Mail Service Ruled OuTijntjj City Meets Postal Regulations Although the establishment of city mail service in Roosevelt has been ruled out for the present, pres-ent, Senator Arthur V. Watkins (R-Utah) reported Tuesday that such service will be established when the city complies with postal requirements. Senator Watkins over two months ago, and at the request of Robert A. Ferron, of Roosevelt, Roos-evelt, chairman of the City Planning Plan-ning Board, requested the post office department to investigate the problem.- In a report on the Department's Depart-ment's investigation, Joseph J.
