Show Randlett Nanna Jarman Elbert Chandler was elected president; Albert Harris, secretary; secre-tary; and Raph Taylor, tail-twister, tail-twister, at the annual election meeting Thursday, June 8, of the Randlett and Ouray Lions club. A membership increase was reported, past accomplishments pointed out, and projects for the coming year, which later will be officially undertaken, were discussed. Francis McKinley returned Tuesday from Washington, D. C. where he has been studying law. Now employed at the Indian In-dian Agency, Ft. Duchesne, for the summer, he plans to return in the fall to continue his studies. stud-ies. Gene Sheffer cut his right foot almost off this week while chopping posts. Mrs. Bill Young, of Los Angeles, An-geles, a sister of Mrs. LaRue Pickup, reports that Randlett was well represented at the recent re-cent Uintah Basin picnic held at Riverdale. |
