Show New Officers The Tridell Ward Primary was reorganized Sunday night with Isola Haslem as the new president and Thelma McKee as 1st counselor. The YWMIA was also reorganized re-organized with Ruth Goodrich as president and Lorna McKee and Karen McKee as counsel- ors. i 1 A personal shower was held ait the Ward Chapel Nov 22 for Doris and Dellis Morrill prior to their leaving for the Australian Mission. Many lovely and useful gifts were received. Mr. and Mrs. Morgan Glines of Orem were weekend visitors ' at the home of Mr. and Mrs. I Charles Glines. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Bow-den Bow-den of Salt Lake City visited Sunday ait the home of Mr. and Mrs. Rae H, Goodrich. Mr. and Mrs. George W. Bartlett were guests at the home of Owen Goodrich on Thanksgiving day. Cpl. Bob Benson returned to his base at Fort Ord. Calif. Friday. Mrs. Benson and small daughter will remain with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Owen Goo'diiich for the next 2 months, at which time Cpl. Benson is to receive his discharge from the Army. Mrs. Elizabeth, Hall and daughter, daugh-ter, Jean from Magna were i Thanksgiving guests at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Owen Bartlett. Elizabeth is teaching school at Cyprus High School. Her sister. Lela, returned with her to seek employment. em-ployment. Spending 'Thanksgiving with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reed McConkie, were Mr. and Mrs. Keith Winterton, Roosevelt Roose-velt and Mr. and Mrs. Russell Gingell, Myton. The John Harvey home was gladdened when their two I daughters, Vekna and Doris ar-i ar-i rived from Salt Lake City to ! spend the Thanksgiving Holi- days. |
