Show Randlett By Mrs. ZUpha Wall Primary Meeting Held Oct. 29th The Randlett and Leota Primary Pri-mary Preparation meeting was held at the chapel Wednesday evening. The lesson was given by Mrs. Hannah Harris. A Republican rally was he'd Friday evening a the Randlett Ward chapel. Mrs. Gladys Jarmen took care of two small children of Mrs. Loyal Broome while she was in the hospital. A pink and blue shower was given in honor of Mrs Marioa Young at the home of Mrs. John Young. The Singing Mothers met at the chapel Wednesday evening and practiced singing. The Primary classes enjoyed I Hallowe'en parties in their class-1 es, where refreshments were served. I Roy McKee is enjoying a furlough. fur-lough. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Jensen, of Vernal, visited Thursday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Jensen. Mr. and Mrs. Alton Anderson and son have returned to their home in Los Angeles, Calif. Mrs. Madge Wall, Mrs. Lula Dudley and Ada Pickup visited all of the ward, inviting the ladies to attend Relief Society. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Turner have gone to Idaho to move their belongings here. Hallowe'en parties were en joyed at all the school rooms, Friday. Blake Parry spent a few days in Provo visiting his wife and family. The Boy Scouts hung Liberty Bells on all the doors in the community, Saturday evenin?. Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Pollock, Pol-lock, of Roosevelt,, were visitors at the Ralph Wall -home Monday Mon-day af'ernoon. Mr. Pollock is one of the drillers at the South Ouray oil well. Ralph Kettle, of Randlett, is home on a furlough Hp was a Sunday evening visitor at the home of William Moore. Mrs. Beverly Brough and sons spent three days at Provo visiting with her mother. I ' |
