Show Summons In The District Court of the Fourth Judicial District of the Stale of Utah, In and For Duchesne Du-chesne County Summons VERA M. HANSON, FRANK MOHLMAN, Plaintiffs vs RUTH B. ' WARTHEN, THE ROOSEVELT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a corporation, ROOSEVELT STATE BANK, a Corporation, MRS. FRANK Mc-MULLIN, Mc-MULLIN, C. C. LARSEN, and all other persons unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, or interest in, or lien upon the real property described in the complaint or clouding the plaintiffs' plain-tiffs' title thereto, Defendants. The State of Utah to the Above Named Defendants: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon GEORGE E. STEWART, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Roosevelt, Utah, an answer to the complaint com-plaint within twenty days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail to do so judgment judg-ment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded de-manded i n said complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. This action is brought to quiet title of the Plaintiffs in and to the following follow-ing described real property situate sit-uate in Duchesne County, State of Utah, to wit: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 9, Piat "E", Roosevelt City Survey.
