Show -Arcadia Mrs. Elsie Bird Leave To Meet LDS Missionary Mr. and Mrs. Loryn Ross and family left Thursday for a vacation vaca-tion trip to San Francisco, Calif. They were accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Ivo Johnson, of Roosevelt, Roos-evelt, Mr. and Mrs. LaFaree Dastrup, of Mt. Emmons, and Mr. and Mrs. Leland Hair, of Salt Lake. They will meet Elder El-der Lamar Hair, who is returning return-ing from a mission in Hawaii. Mr. and Mrs. Scott Lusty attended at-tended funeral services for Mrs. Lusty's aunt, Mrs. Lucy Warr, in Salt Lake on Tuesday. Mrs. Marvin G. Shields left Thursday for El Clairo. New Mexico, to visit her daughter and son-in-law. Mr. and Mrs. Mrs. Kenneth Zirker, and family. fam-ily. . She expects to spend Thanksgiving with them before returning home. Mrs. Rose Gilbert is staying with Mr. and Mrs. Glen Gilbert's Gil-bert's children while Mrs. Gilbert Gil-bert is in the hospital with a new baby daughter. Mrs. Shirley Mecham and children, of Mtn. Home, visited Sunday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Marion Ross. Mrs. Gladys Capson went to Salt Lake City Thursday to visit her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Walter. Delaine Bird, of Roosevelt, and Clairine Duncan, of Neola.-spent Neola.-spent the weekend with Delaine's De-laine's parents and Clairine's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Bird. Mr. and Mrs. Hale Holgate returned Thursday from a ten-day ten-day trip to Kansas City, Mo. They also visited in Texas, Old Mexico and other points of interest. in-terest.
