Show Notice To Water Users Notice is hereby given that uie Ouray Park Irrigation Company, Com-pany, co Mr. B. O. Colton, Roosevelt, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer requests for pension of time from May 19, 1950 to May 19, 1955, in which to make and submit Proof of Appropriation of water under Applications Nos. 9670 and 9670-a for the appropriation of ly.OOO ao. ft. of water from Whiterocks River and 10,000 ac. ft. of water from Uintah River, respectively, to be used for the irrigation of 8000 acres of land in Uintah County, Utah. It is represented that $164,-326.00 $164,-326.00 has been expended constructing con-structing a canal and appurtenant appurten-ant works to convey water from the Uintah River under Application Appli-cation No. 9670-a and related applications. $182,120.00 has been expended constructing a canal and appurtenant works to convey water covered by Application Ap-plication No. 9670 and related applications, $17,100.00 has been expended in connection with the reservoir development. It is estimated it will cost $20,- 000. 00 to complete construction of the reservoir and apply the water to beneficial use. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said requests, with reasons rea-sons therefor, made in affidavit form with extra copy, must be filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before July 22, 1950. A hearing will be held on this request for extension of time before the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, at the hour of 10 a. m., August 4, 1950.
