Show Altonah Mrs. Ethel Beebe Mr. and Mrs. Warren Beebe, of Ogden, were overnight guests Monday of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Beebe. Dru Allred made a business trip to Salt Lake Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Olsen made a business trip to Atwood, Colo, this week. Mr and Mrs. Alden Farns-worth, Farns-worth, of Salt Lake, were overnight over-night guests last week of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Farnsworth Delbert Shiner returned Wednesday Wed-nesday from Salt Lake where he had been visiting his daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Jean Fisher, who is recovering slowly from a long illness- Mr. and Mrs. Tony Flemitis, of Price, visited Thursday witi Mr. and Mrs. Jim Leonakis. Mrs. Hans Jacobson is receiving receiv-ing medical care in Salt Lake. Mr. Jacobson left Wednesday to join her. Mr. and Mrs. Junior Potts and daughter, of Logan; visited during dur-ing the week with Mrs. Potts' mother, Mrs. Elva Snyder, and other relatives. Bishop Lester Maxfield and Mrs. Aldon Carroll attended the MIA convention last weekend in Salt Lake. Mrs. C. N. Shiner and Floyd Weeks drove in with them. Charley Timothy, employed at Bonanza, spent the weekend with his family. His wife and children returned with him Sunday Sun-day and remained for a day's visit with relatives. The Mohlmans moved their store from Altonah into the new building at Altamont this week. The pubic telephone here is now located at Fowlera. Kerry Maxfield, son of Mr. and Mrs. Glendon Maxfield, had his tonsils removed Saturday Satur-day at the Roosevelt hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Clark and family, of Bonanza, spent the weekend with Mr. Clark's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Clark. James L. Weeks is reported recovering from injuries received re-ceived in a car wreck June 10. Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Beebe went to Salt Lake City Friday to see their daughter, Barbara, graduate from Henager's Busi-I Busi-I ness school. The exercises were held at Hotel Utah Friday eve-'ning. |
