Show 4-11 Club Hews JAUNTY JEANS The Jaunty Jeans 4-H club met June 15 at the home of Mrs. Leola Freston. The meeting was called to order by Inez Houtz. Group singing was enjoyed, and a health talk was given by Joyce Burr, followed by an open-forum discussion. Refreshments were served, after which we enjoyed a swimming swim-ming party. JOLLY STITCHERS At our last meeting we cut out our dresses and started to sew them. Plans were made to send two members to Logan to attend the 4-H training convention during the first part of July. They will be financed with the money we won last year through the Health Improvement program. We also discussed ways to earn money so that our club can attend at-tend the state fair this year. Maxine Hurley, reporter KOVE KIDS KITCHEN KOOKS The Kove Kids Kitchen Kooks met Tuesday, June 13, at the home of our leader, Mrs. Mar-jean Mar-jean Palmer. Present were Laura Lee Ler-dahl, Ler-dahl, president; Carol Swain, vice president; Connie Timothy, secretary; Karma Lee Mecham, reporter; and Caroleen Bowden. We met again Monday, June 19, at the home of Mrs. Harold Swain, and made muffins as our cooking project for the day. Attending the meeting were Laura Lee Lerdahl, Karma Lee Mecham, Carol Swain, Caroleen Bowden and Mrs. Marjean Palmer, Pal-mer, our leader. Karma Lee Mecham, reporter THE FARMER'S DAUGHTERS Our first meeting was held June 13, at the home of our advisor, ad-visor, Mrs. Laura Seely. We have five members in our club, each holding an office as follows: Carolyn Goodrich, president; pres-ident; Judy Lynn Lambert, vice president; Janet Seely, secretary; secre-tary; Shana Lee Winkler, song leader; Dorthella Murray, reporter. re-porter. The first part of the meeting was spent getting organized, the latter part was devoted to a lesson in darning. Oficers were elected as follows; Edna Burr, president; Joan Lawson, vice president; Teddy Reidhead, secretary; Lou-ella Lou-ella Christofferson, reporter; L o u e 1 1 a Christofferson, song leader. Our second meeting was at Louella Christofferson's home. Louella gave a talk on health, we enjoyed group singing, and the balance of the time was devoted de-voted to sewing. The third meeting1 was held at Joan Lawsons. President Joan Lawson called the meeting to order, and Joan Lawson gave the health talk. Louella Christofferson Chris-tofferson led us in songs. The fourth meeting was held at Teddy Reidhead's. We learned to pin a pattern to our material. The rest of the time was spent in playing baseball.
