Show COMMUNITY CLUB HAS 'HOLIDAY PARTY NEOLA The Neola Community Commun-ity Club held its annual holiday party last Friday night at the church parlors. The tables were centered with miniature reindeer rein-deer and a Santa Clause and the rooms were attractive with poinsettias and red candles. Following a program and games, a delicious buffet supper was served at a table centered with a beautifully decorated cake, presented by Esther Hal-vorsen. Hal-vorsen. Gifts were exchanged to complete the successful event. Co-chairmen for the party were Rose Gardner and Myrtle Elmer. The club will entertain the husbands at a banquet the evening eve-ning of Jan. 16. On the Friday before Christmas Christ-mas the club met at the new home of Lois Leavitt for a merry mer-ry housewarming, with Colleen Gardner and Ruth Sprouse as co-hostesses. After an evening of games, delicious refreshments were served. |
