Show Wliitetccks Mrs. W. G. Ae5y'ruwv Teacher To Leave Indian School Harvey Mays will be leaving the Uintah Indian School, Jan. 14, to return to Vernal, his original or-iginal residence. We wish him and his family much success in their new location. Mrs. Robert Marimon. Sr. spent .the Christmas and New Year's Holidays with her sister, Mrs. Van Arsdale. Father Joseph Hogben was a patient in the Roosevelt Hospital from Dec. 29 until New Year's Day. He is much improved. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Chamber-lin.have Chamber-lin.have returned from Texas, where they had gone to spend the Christmas holidays. A letter from Alvin Duley states that he is happy in his work but misses his friends and hopes they will write to him. He would be glad of any news from here. White-rocks is still shoveling out from, under the last snow, but every- one seems to be taking tak-ing it in their stride. Miss Nancy Marimon has gone back to Mt. Pleasant to resume classes at Wasatch Academy. She enjoyed a lovely holiday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Marimon. We are happy to , say that Mary Tom and new baby are home from the hospital at Fort Duchesne and doing nicely. The regular Monday evening meetings of the Indian- Youth Art Club will, continue each week, and parents of these boys are invited to attend. Sessions are held in Talbot Parish Hall at 7 p. m. |
