Show I Mr. and Mrs. John Swenscn and sons spent the New Year -holiday in Sprmgville with rel atives. They returned to Roose velt Tuesday accompanied by, Mrs. Swenson's brother Paul Beardall, who is spending a week with them. Due to' undesirable circumstances circum-stances resulting from the extreme ex-treme cold weather. Mrs Robert Rob-ert Montgomery and children left Sunday for Salt Lake City where they will remain until water pipes, etc. in their home have been fixed. Carol Patry and Lorraine Anderson An-derson returned Saturday to studies at the LDS Business College, Col-lege, after enjoying the holidays at home. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Labrum plan to leave Sunday for a two-week two-week vacation to California and Oregon. They will visit with Mr. and Mrs. Dwaine Allred In Torrence, Calif., and with Mr. and Mrs. Bryce Redford in Bak-ersfield. Bak-ersfield. Before returning home, they plan to visit Mr. and Mrs. Keith Jackson at Salem, Oregon. All are sisters and brothers-in-law of Mrs. Labrum. Karma Jean Ivory accompanied accompan-ied her father, Howard Ivory, to Fountain Green on business, and is remaining to spend a few weeks with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Ivory. , Mr and Mrs William R. !preece left Sunday for San Francisco to visit indefinitely wite ther daughter. Edith Nell PrThe1r son, Bill, will live in their house during their absence. Mrs Anthon Christensen and son Douglas, returned home last T h'u r s d a y from Springviue, where they have been visiting her mother, Mrs. Arthur Bunker and three, sisters for several weeks. Mr. Christensen joined them for Christmas and New Years. Wasatch Academy students, John and Dick Ruppel, Howard Funk, Jimmy Shuckers and Glenn Bair. returned to Mt. Pleasant Monday to resume school activities. They were driven driv-en down by Howard's father, George Funk, of Myton. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Dillman and children drove to Salt Lake City last Saturday. Mrs. Dillman and children will remain for a few weeks' visit. While sleighriding last week Glenn Bair met with a coasting accident and broke his hand. He had to return to studies at the Wasatch Academy with it in a cast. Also heard that Phillip Bellon received a head injury while ice-skating 'recently.
