Show 7 tic) ell Doiis P. Morrill Wounded Soldier Returns To U S A Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Morrill received a telephone call Monday Mon-day from their son PFC. Deloy Morrill, who has arrived back in the United States. Deloy, who was wounded in Korea, is now j in the U.S. Navy Hospital in Oakland, California. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Goodrich are visiting at the home of Mr. Goodrich's- mother, Mrs. Forrest Goodrich. Reed is on leave from the U. S. Navy. They will return re-turn to Washington State after spending a two-week leave her. Mr. : and Mrs.-' Boyd Lemon i and son arrived home Wednesday. Wednes-day. Mrs. Lemon and son will remain here when Mr. Lemon returns to his Army Air Force base after a 30-day furlough. The Lemons have made their home in Tennessee for the past few months. Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Goodrich are spending a few ' days in Tridell. Dennis is oh leave from the Navy, stationed in California. Cali-fornia. Mrs. Goodrich, who spent the summer in California, is now residing in Salt Lake City with her parents while her husband is in service. ' Duane Caldwell, who. left last week to report back to the Navy base on Treasure, Island, California, was granted a 15-day extension of his leave and returned re-turned to Tridell Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Winfred Gray, of Lehi, visited in Vernal Sunday. Sun-day. They came to go on the deer hunt with relatives here. Mr. and Mrs. Alton Morrill and children, of Orem, visited Saturday at the homes of Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Morrill and Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Morrill. Mr. and Mrs. Alma Preece, of Vernal, and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Edstrom, from Nevada, were dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dellis Morrill Sunday. Mary Nell Snow, of Jensen, visited Thursday of last week with her grandmother. Mrs. Nellie Merkley. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Harvey, of Salt Lake City, visited in Tridell Tri-dell over the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Gray and family, of Provo, visited from Wednesday to Friday last week in Tridell with Mrs. Gray's mother, Mrs. Clara Bartlett. Mrs. Will Turner and children, chil-dren, of Jensen, visited Thursday Thurs-day of last week with Mrs. Turner's mother, Mrs. Clara Bartlett. Mrs. Ethel Goodrich and Mrs. Jack Goodrich made a trip to Salt Lake City on Wednesday of last week to meet Mr. andj Mrs. Boyd Lemon. The Co-Pilots class in Pri-' mary held a party Wednesday for their mothers, and received their co-pilot rings. Mr. and Mrs. Val Ross, of Ogden, are visiting here. They came to enjoy the deer hunt. Mr. and Mrs. J. Rav. MrK-e and family were Salt Lake City visitors Friday and Sa!urday. Mrs. Darrell Goodrich rt'irned home this week fro"rn Silt Lake, where she has been visit'ng with her sister. . . Mr. and Mrs. Gene Wallace and family, of Salt Lake, were weekend visitors at the Farrell Sommons home. Mr. and Mrs. Deone Behrman are parents of a baby girl born Tuesday in the Roosevelt Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Devere Ross, of Sandy, visited from Sunday through Wednesday with Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Ross. Grant Betts substituted as school bus driver for Lester Bartlett Tuesday and Wednesday.
