Millions of Americans remember when suffrages suffra-ges paraded and rioted and went to jail, to win j, women the right to vote. In some secions of our t jitry people are still fighting against poll taxes other devices which limit the right of suffrage. Why is it, then, that we who have the right ! to vote don't take the trouble to exercise it? There were 42,000,000 Americans eligible to vote ffho failed to do so in 1948. Millions of us have been complaining about inflation, in-flation, high taxes, the growing national debt, and official corruption. On Election Day, we'll have a chance to voice our complaints with real authority. ;ILT)Y THE ISSUES THEN V-O-T-E! ; A good Citizen Will Study The Issues; Learn about the Candidates Then Vote on November " 4th, or for the next four years hold his peace. And now, this year is the time to get it. . . The county is debt free, which will make the sale of bonds a cinch. Be a good Duchesne County citizen, won't you, - d vote Y-E-S on the bond issue next Tuesday, and t's keep step with progress that is bound to come 'jour area?
