Show Woman's Club Of Fort Duchesne Chooses Officers An interesting and entertaining entertain-ing program, was enjofyed by members of the Fort Duchesne Woman's club at their Regular meeting Thursday evening, March 22. Mrs. W. C. Gutzman, as chairman, chair-man, introduced Mrs. Virgie Murphy, instructor at Roosevelt high school, who spoke on the important part that recreation plays in the education of our youth today. Maxine Hurley and . Mary Murphy, students in one of her dancing classes, demonstrated demon-strated various types of dancing. In the business session, the following officers for the 1951-52 1951-52 club year were elected: president. pres-ident. Mrs. K M. Axtell: first. second and third vice presidents respectively, Mrs. C. A. Massie, Mrs. C. E. Nichols and Mrs. Paul A. Krause; secretary-treasurer. Mrs, R. O. Curry. Hostesses, Mrs. E. M. Axtell and Mrs. J. D. Kolb. served refreshments re-freshments to seventeen members mem-bers and three guests. |
