Show Conservation Week Proclaimed By Utah's Governor For the first time in Utah's history, a conservation week has been declared. A proclamation was issued by Governor J. bracken Lee designating the !l!ekt?f April 1"7 as Utah Conservation Con-servation Week. This was in response re-sponse to requests by the Department De-partment of Forestry.
