Show Notice To Water Users Notice is hereby given that Ouray Park Irrigation Company, Com-pany, Avalon, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer, a request re-quest for an extension of time from December 5, 1950 to December De-cember 5, 1955, in which to make and submit proof of appropriation ap-propriation of water under Applications Ap-plications Nos. 10111 and 10111-a, 10111-a, each for the appropriation of 95 sec.-ft. of water from White-rocks White-rocks River in Uintah County to be diverted through the Ouray Ou-ray Park- Irrigation Company Canal System and used for irrigation irri-gation purposes. It is represented that $182,-000.00 $182,-000.00 has been expended on construction of the Irrigation Company's canal diverting water wa-ter from Whiterocks River under un-der this and related applications; applica-tions; $9500 has been expended in repairs since the last extension exten-sion was granted. It is estimated estimat-ed it will cost $25,000.00 to complete the works and apply all of the water to beneficial use. All protests resisting the granting of said request, with reasons therefor, made in affidavit affi-davit form with extra copy, must be filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before February 10, 1951. A hearing will be held on this request for extension of time before the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, at the hour of 2 p. m. February 16, 1951. Protestants Pro-testants may appear at the hearing hear-ing and adduce testimony in support of their protests. JOSEPH M.
