According to E. J. Nixon, chairman of the four-man committee com-mittee composed of Randall Stewait, Reverend Charles Ray, and Father Alphonse LeMay, judging was done on the following fol-lowing basis: first, theme; second, sec-ond, originality; third, decoration. decora-tion. Commenting on the city as a whole the committee was loud in their praise of the fine response to the program and the exceptionally outstanding Christmas ideas that had been carried out in the residential and business districts.
