Show DUP Met At Home Of Mrs. Lola Jones The D.U.P. held their regular meeting Wednesday at the home of Mrs. Lola Jones. The lesson, "Pioneers Banks and Bankers," was given by Mrs. Nancy Bristol, Bris-tol, after which a delicious lunch was served to the following members: Mrs. Mary Carroll, Mrs. Margaret Maxfield, Mrs Francis Allred, Mrs. Velda Burgess, Bur-gess, Mrs. Louise Case. Mrs. Mary Riley, Mrs.-Marian Reese, Mrs. Nancy Bristol, Mrs. Lola Jones and one visitors, Mrs. Ar-cla Ar-cla Ames. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Reese, left for California, Thursday, where Mr. Reese, R.E.A. manager, attended at-tended a national R.E.A. meeting. meet-ing. The Altonah Primary officers have a roller skating party every ev-ery Saturday afternoon. The M.I.A. also' went roller skating Wednesday night in the ward hall. The stake Boy Scouts have been meeting at Altamont in a series of basketball games this winter; The Altonah Scouts have been the winner in most of the games. Albert and Robert Snyder, of Springville, visited their mother, Mrs. Elva Snyder, over the weekend. |
