Show f Utah Poultry To Convene Feb. 13-14 The thirtieth anniversary of the Utah Poultry and Farmers Cooperative, third largest poultry poul-try cooperative in America, will be celebrated February 13 and 14 at . the Hotel Utah and delegates dele-gates from all parts of Utah and southern Idaho are expected to attend the annual conclave. This is an important milestone in the history of the organization organiza-tion that was founded in Gunnison Gunni-son to find a market for Utah eggs and which has been the major influence -in making Utah's No. 2 agricultural industry indus-try today. Idaho, is president of the Utah Poultry this year and will preside pre-side at the meetings. Arza Adams, Ad-ams, of American Fork, has been named chairman of the convention committee and will be aided by Jesse W. Spafford. also of American Fork. Feature of the convention will be the premier showing of "The Milk White Way," a 25 minute colored film on the progress and activities of Utah Poultry. This movie includes scenes from every ev-ery area in the state and is re- ported to be one of the finest movies of this type produced in Utah. All personalities in the movie are members of the Utah Poultry. An outstanding nationally-known nationally-known speaker will participate. Many unusual surprises are be-:ng be-:ng lined up for this convention, which looms as the biggest and one of the most interesting ever held, according to Mr. Forsgren. Clyde C. Edmonds, general manager, man-ager, will give a complete re- -port on the past year's activities activi-ties and officers will be selected for 1953. Sessions will start at 1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 13. |
